Products ordered on workdays before 12:00 or on Saturdays before 11:00 will be shipped same day.
How to return my nature product?
If you are not happy with the product, please ship it in its original packaging back to us. Opened products cannot be refunded. Address:

Is returning free?
No. Bringing back your nature products to our store at Leidseplein is free. Shipping it back to us comes at your own cost.
How long does it take to process my return?
5 business days. Starting at the day it arrives at our shop.
Can I return flowers?
Officially flowers are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal if they can spoil within the cooling-off period. Meaning you cannot return flowers. However, we do provide a seven-day freshness guarantee. All our flowers are cleaned with utmost focus to deliver the highest quality of flowers possible. If there are quality issues, please call or email us and we will solve this together.
